What is EDGAR Next Enrollment?
EDGAR Next is SEC’s new system requiring all current Filers to be enrolled using Login.gov credentials and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

What is Amended Form ID?
SEC updated the Form ID to require 2 Administrators to manage the EDGAR account, accept specific roles, perform annual confirmation.

How do I apply for EDGAR Access Codes using Form ID?
We can assist with obtaining Filing Codes by completing the recently Amended Form ID.

What information does EDGAR Solutions require to start the filing process?
We require your Company’s Access Codes (CIK, CCC) in order to submit your filings.

What if I have filed before and I want to file with EDGAR Solutions, but don’t have all my EDGAR Filing Codes?
If you have a CIK, we can assist you with the process of obtaining the rest of your Filing Codes. Call 904-363-0506.

How do I send my documents?

What file formats do you accept?
We accept Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF files.

What are hours of operation?
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm EST.

What is your average turnaround time (TAT) for proofs?
Turnaround time can be from 1-2 hour on small documents and 12-48 hours on large documents including iXBRL.

Do you offer Rush Filings?
We offer Rush Filings for certain forms ONLY. This does not apply to forms with iXBRL Tagging which require 2 day notice.

What methods of payments are accepted?
We accept Credit Card, Zelle.

Do you offer a yearly filing plan?
No, we no longer offer a yearly filing plan.

How will I know if my filing has been accepted by SEC?
We send you an SEC Acceptance Notice.

How can I get my filing as a Word document for future use?
We reconvert the filing to Word and email you.
