Crowdfunding

Crowdfunding is an evolving method of raising money via the Internet to fund a variety of projects. The Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act created an exemption under the federal securities laws so that crowdfunding can be used to offer and sell securities to the general public.

An issuer conducting a Regulation Crowdfunding must initially file a Form C, called an Offering Statement.

Additionally, we file other forms under Regulation Crowdfunding such as:
Form C-W
: Offering Statement Withdrawal
Form C-U: Progress Update
Form C-U-W: Progress Update Withdrawal
Form C/A: Amendment to Offering Statement
Form C/A-W: Amendment to Offering Statement Withdrawal
Form C-AR: Annual Report
Form C-AR-W: Annual Report Withdrawal
Form C-AR/A: Amendment to Annual Report
Form C-AR/A-W: Amendment to Annual Report Withdrawal
Form C-TR: Termination of Reporting
Form C-TR-W: Termination of Reporting Withdrawal

How we assist

We will submit your prepared Form C and send you SEC Acceptance Notice. Note: Other than the cover page, the Form C is not to be used as a blank form to be filled in, but only as a guide in the preparation of Form C.
