What information does EDGAR Solutions require to start the filing process?
We require your Company’s Access Codes or Filing Codes (CIK, CCC) in order to submit your filings.

How do I apply for EDGAR Filing Codes to file first time?
First time filers applying for EDGAR Filing Codes will complete a Form ID online at Filer Management or we can assist you with obtaining your Filing Codes.

What if I have filed before and I want to file with EDGAR Solutions, but don’t have all my EDGAR Filing Codes?
If you have CIK, you can update your passphrase and generate new filing codes at Filer Management.

How do I send my documents?
Email documents to info@edgarsolutions.com.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, jpg, gif files.

Turnaround time can be from 45-60 minutes on small documents and 2-6 hours on large documents.

What methods of payments are accepted?

Do you offer a yearly filing plan?

How will I know if my filing has been accepted by SEC?
We send you an SEC Acceptance Notice.

How can I get my filing as a Word document for future use?
We reconvert the filing to Word and email you at no cost.
